Return and refund policy

Return

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

According to the decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, care and cosmetic products, which are not subject to return or exchange, are an exception.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned product, we will let you know whether or not a refund is available based on the condition of the product. In case of additional questions, contact us at info@rouge.am.

Order Cancellation

The order can be canceled before its delivery. If the delivery is on the way, the order cannot be canceled.
