Privacy policy
The goal of this policy is to inform the visitors of rouge.am what data is collected to register on the system and how it is used.
Information gathering
We can gather and keep the following personal information:
Name, Surname, E-mail, Phone numbers.
Bank details if the payment has been done through bank transfer. We do not have any of your payment card detail, because on our portal the online payments are exclusively done through the ARCA payment system.
Your orders' history, preferred goods list, etc.
Order delivery address, and the necessary extra information for organizing the delivery.
Use of Information
With this you agree that we can use your personal information for the following:
Organizing of orders delivery, provision of services, providing the necessary support.
Evaluation of the quality of our services and improvement provided by us.
Verification and reporting of additional information via call or E-mail in non-standard situations.
Sending notification informing about our goods, services, and order delivery.
Information privacy
The information provided to us by you is absolutely considered private and cannot be provided to the third person.
Account protection
Your password is the key to access your account. By choosing a password, use a unique combination of numbers, letters, and special characters. Do not give your password of rouge.am to another one. If, however, you do it, remember that you are responsible for all the actions done from your account. In case of forgetting your password, you can recover it with the help of the website by clicking the "Forgot password" command.

Shipping policy
Currently, we deliver only within Yerevan. For purchases of 15,000 AMD and more, delivery is FREE. For purchases under 15,000 AMD, the delivery fee will be 1,000 AMD.
The order is delivered within 1-3 days after it is placed.
Delivery is not available on Saturdays and Sundays.
The office work schedule is:

Return and refund policy
Return
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
According to the decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, care and cosmetic products, which are not subject to return or exchange, are an exception.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned product, we will let you know whether or not a refund is available based on the condition of the product. In case of additional questions, contact us at info@rouge.am.
Order Cancellation
The order can be canceled before its delivery. If the delivery is on the way, the order cannot be canceled.

Payment Policy
When purchasing from Rouge.am, you can pay using the following methods:
Bank Card (ArCa, Visa, MasterCard)
Cash
Arca, Visa, MasterCard
This method is available for online purchasing.
When placing an order, select the Arca, Visa, MasterCard payment method and then enter your card details.
Cash
By choosing this method, you will need to pay in cash directly to the delivery worker at the time of delivery.
